FAQs
Ease Stays offers comfortable and convenient short to mid-term serviced accommodations that are alternative to traditional hotels. Guests can enjoy more space and home-like comforts in our homes designed for business travellers, contractors, families and leisure travellers.
Our accommodations are situated in the South West of England in Swindon and Gloucester; close to the Cotswolds and with easy access to both work and leisure activities.
Serviced apartments are much more cost effective, offering more space, privacy and a wide range of facilities unavailable at hotels. At our accommodations, guests have the space to cook, dine, relax and even work.
Your accommodation is available for check-in from 3pm, check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us. Subject to availability, additional charges may apply.
We offer a self-check in service for all guests; this is where we provide you with key safe information to access the keys and accommodation. This information will be provided to you the day before you check in.
A cleaning fee is automatically added to cover the cost of professional cleaning after your stay. This ranges per accommodation so please check the accommodation that you have chosen. This is a one off fee payable per booking. There are no other booking or guest fees.
Our accommodations are fully serviced and come with a range of amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, Smart TV, hi-speed wi-fi, laundry facilities and more. Specific amenities may vary depending on the property so please check the details of your chosen accommodation.
We offer free on-site parking facilities. Please check the details of your selected accommodation.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. There is no maximum, you are welcome to book for as long as you like!

Yes. A £250 security deposit is required for each booking. This is held on a credit or debit card for the duration of your stay and released after checkout depending on the condition of the property. We aim to release deposits within 4 days of checkout and dependent on your bank, it can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account from point of release.
Yes, we require you to provide photo identification which we use to verify identity and age of all guests for security purposes. This is so that we know who is staying in our accommodation and to protect against fraud and crime prevention.
We also require you to sign a rental agreement which outlines the terms of stay for both us as your host and you as our guest.
